Stayed there for 4 nights/5 days with family including 2 kids age 5 & 8 yrs.It was a very pleasant stay with nice accomodation, nice facilities & courteous & helping staff.
The only unpleasant experience was, not allowing early check-in as per the request made by mail about 1 wk earlier & even on the spot . We had reached the hotel at about 8.30 am local time ( due to our early morning flight from India ) and the room was given to us after 12.30 pm after repeated requests for early check-in.We had a hard time during those 4 hours esp since the kids had a terrible jet-lag & badly needed some rest.
But once we checked-in the whole stay was extremely pleasant.I would definitely recommend the hotel but also expect the hotel to show some human touch esp when children are involved.
