It was only an overnight stopover. Overall we were happy with the Roxy& its facilities.We tried to book it again on our return leg fr the 11th - 14th oct but failed to get in. We were too tired to look around & the reception there recommemded the Paramount next door. We were very disappointed with the hotel as it was overprice & dirty mainly because its old & desperately needs a facelift.The breakfast was mediocre & the food in the restaurant was average.It definitely is not 4 stars but more like 3 stars rating.We won't be returning there for sure. Also, the hotel entrance is pretty diffult to find for first timer because the location in feng shui terms is disastrous.The overall service was one of indifference,except for the duty manager who dealt with our complaints very efficiently.To sum up we are very happy with our bookings with asiarooms.com &( in Shanghai as well}& would definitely recommend our friends to use yr site for their travels in asia.
