I would like first of all to mention the people one does not see regularly, i.e. housekeeping, they kept our room spotless. all other matters were perfect, it is just a very well run hotel with excellent facilities, staff, food and beverage. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return

Fantastic hotel , good location, abit pricey....
Fantastic hotel , good location, abit pricey. But downside - no free wifi for clients. For the price of the room free wifi in the room or at the lobby should be provided for those who are on holidays to keep in touch with families or a business traveller that need to be in constant contact with their office. Internet checkin facility and printing of boarding passes would be a bonus, a competitive advantage.

This is the first occasion I've ever...
This is the first occasion I've ever taken the time to complain about a travel experience in over 25 years of traveling and experiencing some pretty trying circumstances... Upon checking into the hotel the front desk person at first denied that I had a reservation until I produced the print out of the Asia rooms (lucky for me...). It then took over 40 minutes of waiting while they found me a room and what a room it was (Room 551). My biggest complaint was that the room had a strong smell of dampness, was dark (surrounded by a wall) and was badly in need of at refurbishment (so much for being a 'Deluxe Room'). I certainly expected a far better accommodation experience than what I received for almost SDG$1,000/night (Booked before the Air Travel Crisis!). I travel more than 200 days/year in the Asia/Pacific and stay in 4-5 star hotels, and this is not a 5 star hotel. My advice to fellow travels and all my friends is that there are far better luxury hotels to stay at in Singapore than the Fullerton!

We really enjoyed our stay at the...
We really enjoyed our stay at the Fullerton. The building and facilities were beautiful, the location a great startingpoint for exlporing Singapore and the service was outstanding. Lots of compliments for this hotel and its staff.

Overall excellent - got an early check...
Overall excellent - got an early check in which was much appreciated after an 18 hour flight! only slight issue was that there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom and immediately on entering the bedroom.
