Great location, good rooms lovley pool just felt the service a litle lacking in friendliness and help.. check if breakfast is included its expensive also very expensive charge for using hotel's internet

The Hotel building and Lobby areas were...
The Hotel building and Lobby areas were impressive and the architectural aspect was second to none as a refurbished old building brought back to life as a 5 star hotel. However we were very disappointed with the room and its location. It had a musty odour of a room closed for long period and damp. It was very noisy as it overlooked the internal lobby. We booked it as a room overlooking the courtyard ! Assumed courtyard was an external one; however the courtyard was the internal lobby and there was no natural light. So that others from lobby would not look in we had to have the curtains always drawn. We tried changing room but hotel didnt budge ! Guess we wont stay at Fullerton again.

A very nice hotel. We had a Quay side room with Balcony. The balacony lacked chairs and a small table, the view was fantastic, overlooking the construction of the new casino complex. Room size however, was very disappointing, very cramped. The location is ideal for a stroll along the river to either Boat Quay or Clarke Quay and the Raffles MRT is a few minutes wait in the business district. Loved the location. Next visit would re probably request a room on the Club Floor facing the street, these rooms seem much bigger and better laid out.

Room was overlooking the Quay. Bed was huge and very comfortable, bathroom was more than adequate with very large bathtub and great shower. Breakfast was an absolute feast. Gym is open 24hrs helped me get over my jet lag at 4am! outdoor swimming pool overlooks the riverside and was a great way to start the day staff very attentive and concergie made good recommendations for dinner.

our two night stay at the Fullerton...
our two night stay at the Fullerton was excellent. Loved everything about it, especially the location. Staff were efficient and friendly. Will not hesitate to return.
