Arrived early but room with river view...
Arrived early but room with river view was available so Hotel kindly let us check-in early. Room was very good, best bathroom in any hotel we have stayed in. Magnificent views of river. Decor of building was spectacular. At breakfast we were pushed outside as not enough places available inside. Had to walk back inside a few times for buffet. Dining room service was poor for a hotel of this quality. Dined at the Chinese Restaurant at the hotel which was not very good. In summary the service generally does not match the surroundings.

The hotel was lovely,staff friendly very clean....
The hotel was lovely,staff friendly very clean. I upgraded our room to overlook the quay (disappointed no balcony) the room was quite small and you could hear the rood next door using the toilet. I might stay there again but with so many nice hotels in the area probably not.

One of the best hotels we have...
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The service was faultless, well above and beyond expectation levels, even for Singapore. The Loft Room that we were upgraded to was just bliss and I highly recommend the upgrade! Well positioned for a stroll to Boat & Clarke Quays, near the Raffles Place MRT and easy walking to Marina Square.

I went to Singapore just to relax...
I went to Singapore just to relax for a week around a swimming pool & chose the Fullerton. This is mainly a business hotel. They have a nice pool which was never crowded, I usually I had the pool to myself. The Fullerton is in a great location for me, near some good food choices & the MRT to get to other good places to eat. The hotel has four or five fine restaurants & offers a afternoon Hi-Tea. Housekeeping always had my room serviced by the time I was back from breakfast. My room was a good size for my stay & overlooked the Singapore River. The bed was very comfortable, bath & shower where done in a nice tile with plenty of room. I plan on coming back to Singapore for three days in March & most likely will stay at The Fullerton again.

We had a really good time in...
We had a really good time in the Fullerton during our 3-day-stop-over. Try to have at least a quay room with seaside or river view - better than a view to the lobby. We will return certainly for our next stop-over in Singepore.

We always go to singapore for christmas...
We always go to singapore for christmas so we are able to compare what is good and what isnt. I didnt find that the service was that great. Things like waiting for staff to clear the table after plates have been stacking up for a while. Room was always kept clean. Pool isnt that big, gets crowded easily. We stayed in executive suite, there isnt that much variety with breakfast, high tea and canapes. trusting that the rooms are a high price we expected more. unfortunately we wont go back, we stayed at the oriental mandarin and that was a lot better.

We stayed with our 2 year old...
We stayed with our 2 year old son and 5 month old daughter. The room was smaller than the Ritz Carlton where we normally stay on a Singapore Stopover rate but we had a balcony with views of the harbour to make up for the lack of space at the Fullerton. This is a beautiful hotel in the best location and we loved every minute of our 2 day stay. The pool facilities were fabulous for the kids and the staff were very welcoming, helpful and charming. The hotel provided 2 high quality and very clean travel cots with a lovely baby toiletry pack for each child. Although we prefer the rooms at the Ritz Carlton we would choose the Fullerton again for the old world charm and fantastic facilities and service. The breakfast was amazing and given this inclusion (worth $55sing each) in the room rate it was fantastic value. Thanks Asiarooms for giving us the chance to afford to stay at the Fullerton at last!!!
