Unbeatable for location. Room size fairly good....
Unbeatable for location. Room size fairly good. Reception staff think they are doing you a favoour by attending to you. Not a single staff smiled. Check-in and check out times need to be displayed earlier. Universally one pays for 24 hrs, Here check-in is 3 pm and check out is noon. Not acceptable. Breakfast was pathetic. Had breakfast only once out of 5 nights. Cheaper and better to have it on Orchards road's numerous fast food outlets. Addition of in-room safe necessary and TVs need to have remotes.

room was ok. got cleaned everyday and...
room was ok. got cleaned everyday and clean linen everyday but unfortunately it was a bad view , window but nothing to look at except the room opposite. Infact no view at all hence we felt suffocated so we did not stay in the room at all except to come bck wash and bed.We have stayed here before but I book it from Malaysia and we got a better room but since we book through holiday agency i.e. with you we were given no choice.

It is without a doubt the location...
It is without a doubt the location of the hotel is very strategic i.e. along Orchard Road itself. However, the hotel (may at one time was very grand) may want to consider some interior refurbishment considering the price it charges customers and its location.

I did not like this hotel at...
I did not like this hotel at all. The location is perfect. However, the rooms (especially towels) are not very clean and service is very poor. The AC in our room wasn't working properly. The breakfast was a disaster. We waited approx. for 30 minutes to have a vacant table (too many people and not enough tables). The breakfast was also very poor.

Coffee and tea facilities have you request...
Coffee and tea facilities have you request daily. Used glasses/cups not wash upon house keeping. Kettle is smelly, requested to change but no response.
