This hotel was a big disappointment.The room was dull, dark and dingy.No tea or coffee-making facilities, towels were provided but no flannels, not even a hairdryer.The outlook from the window was to a dark void which made room even darker. The wardrobe had a door which when we tried to close didn't and looked dangerously like it might fall on us.It did have a swimming pool which was reasonable.The hotel was situated just off Orchard Road, which was one of its few plusses.If this was supposed to be a superior room, as we booked, I would hate to see the standard.We had to endure the noise of drilling during the day,if we came back early, so an afternoon nap was completely out of the question. The travel desk in reception was good and the agent on desk very nice and helpful.Nothing would induce me to stay there again.
