Arrived late evening and were dealt with...
Arrived late evening and were dealt with by reception efficiently and friendly. Given room in new wing - still a bit of a smell in corridor; suspect it was carpet glue but de-odorisers dealt with that by next day. Large room with lovely bath and shower. Had to ask for ice though in the late afternoon. Excellently located right on the doorstep of Orchard Road, close to MRT and outside ERP (charging district) which makes taxis a little cheaper. Lovely swimming pool and gardens for relaxing.

The service was perfect from the minute...
The service was perfect from the minute we arrived - very helpful, checked us in early, the room was great and very very clean. Great location - very handy to shops & transport. A perfect hotel to stay in - enjoyed it immensely and would definitely stay again.

We found the service spectacular! Nothing was...
We found the service spectacular! Nothing was a problem for the staff, they were friendly, polite, warm and very good at their jobs!!The rooms were modern yet warm and the decor was very elegant. The bathrooms were fantastic with the rain showers and the decor was great. Location was also very good for shopping and the bellhops and doormen were definitely a good example of what service should be expected at a 5 star hotel!

The room is certain spacious and clean. The gym centre has many different choices for execise. The swimming pool is not too big but quite good.

A great place to stay in Singapore:...
A great place to stay in Singapore: close to Orchard Road and MRT so it's easy to get wherever you wish to go. The junior suite is lovely to stay in: modern, spacious, very clean - a lovely place to relax after a long day shopping and sightseeing. Facilities are beautiful and restaurants in-house fantastic to eat at - Asia Kitchen a real treat! I would stay here any time for both holiday and business.

i come to singapore many times. not...
i come to singapore many times. not really like s'pore that much. however, this hotel changed my mind. i fell in love with the hotel and the city. our room was on the 6th floor overlooking 2 waterfalls. the fitness center is superb with jacuzzi, sauna and steam. very well maintenance and luxury designed! don't forget to have dinner at mezza9. the beef was soft and yummy! for those who want to try the hotel's club at the basement-BRIX, pls think twice. hundreds of hookers in there!! my recommendation is to walk to marriott hotel nearby (5-minute walk), the club is at the basement also. pretty good one without those ladies bothering you. also, try any kind of salad at Oasis (poolside restaurant). the veggies are fresh and ALL organic. will definitely go back!
