We thought the Grand Hyatt was great....
We thought the Grand Hyatt was great. The room was lovely and spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge, heaps of room for both of us. The breakfast were fantastic and we had a really great dinner at Mezze 9 as well.

We had a wonderful stay,albeit too short....
We had a wonderful stay,albeit too short. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic very spacious with wall mounted plasma tv. The location was perfect the top end of Orchard St, excellent for all shops, tourist info, etc. We would certainly stay again but for longer.

The hotel was abosoultely fantastic, location, spacious room/bathroom with high tech and very clean. Except one thing, after we checked in the very next day our room was not made at all. When I contacted the house keeping all we got was "Well, we can clean the room now", which was at 6:30 pm! Until we checked out we were not informed what happened nor didn't receive an apology. "Very disappointed!"

A superb hotel - in one of...
A superb hotel - in one of the best locations in Singapore - the dining rooms sensational - the breakfasts are as good as it gets - highly recommended.

5 star hotel with 5++ star service....
5 star hotel with 5++ star service. I became temporarily disabled and called the hotel 2 days prior to arrival. They had a wheelchair waiting when I got out of the airport van that was mine for the entire time in Singapore. Also had a chair in the shower cubicle by the time I got to my room. EXCELLENT location for the purpose of the trip-shopping. Stayed on the 7th floor of the Grand Wing and no problem with street noise. Complimentary fruit and bottled water delivered each evening. Room service very good.

We have stayed here 3 times the last three years, in the same suite all times. Very good hotel, extremly nice and helpful staff, nice pool, very nice pool-restaurant! I give it my best recommendations!
