Location was great. Arrived at 10.30 a.m. and shown immediately to our room. Room was comfortable, king size bed, bath and shower with lots and lots of towels. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and of good quality. I loved the honey dispenser. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs. We stayed in our room until 2.30p.m. on our departure day which was great. We can recommed this hotel, we felt welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our first venture in booking on the internet through Asia hotels and Paragon Travel and I will use them again without hesitation.

Concierge were very helpful! Fruit, dark bread, at breakfast, very unusual, much better than other Asian hotels. We would choose the Grand Plaza again.

he location of this hotel is excellent. Easy walk to many sites. The all-inclusive breakfast is excellent. Swimming pool is small but fitness centre is very well equiped and conveniently located. Overall, the staff is excellent and most accommodating. In terms of Singapore, this hotel is very good value.

Spotless and comfortable. I booked a prepaid room. When my flights got delayed and I spent a night in Tokyo (at the airline's expense) the hotel was very accomodating. I called from Tokyo. I had my room when I got to Singapore -- no questions asked. When they mistakenly gave me a smoking room they fixed it right away. The breakfast (included with my rate) was very good. Otherwise the restaurants are a bit pricey, but they are good restaurants. If you want inexpensive, the Raffles Arcade food court is a 3 minute walk. It is good and inexpensive.
