Front Desk staff was a bit pushy trying to sell us an executive room on our arrival. Our room turned out to be perfect. The porter was excellent. The bath water was a bit colder than expected.
Staying at this hotel is a pleasure; on first stepping into the light and airy atrium you know that this is a friendly and well-run hotel and you are not disappointed by the quality of the room and the facilities. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Location is good, being central to most city activities and close to the MRT. The breakfast is delicious (though we didn't use the restaurant for other meals as there is plenty of dining choice nearby). We liked it enough to return and were upgraded to a larger room. Without doubt this hotel is excellent value for the money.
We were very pleased that we could get into our room at 8.30 am. and also very grateful for a late check out at 3.pm it makes a big difference to a holiday as we were getting a cruise.
Breakfast was excellent as was the room and everything in it. the only thing was that we did not have a view - only over other buildings.
Would definately stay again as the location was perfect.
Excellent, we were allowed our room at 0800 hrs and check out at 1600 hrs which fitted into our plans well,ocation was good for walking, shopping and MRT

The location of the hotel is very good both for arriving guest and for further site seeing when staying in Singapore. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are adequate with enough space and amenities for a wide range of travellers. The breakfast is more than adequate. The rooftop pool is welcome after a days site seeing as too is the hot tub. The lounge bar is friendly and welcomming with live music most nights. I have stayed at this hotel on several occassions and would recommend it to all but the budget minded traveller.
As usual we were not dissapointed with this hotel. It is so clean and modern and the service is always wonderful. We also like the location, less than 1 minute walk to City Hall MRT station and about 2 min walk to the Raffles shopping ctr. Breakfast is delicious too! :)
