Good, if premium, hotel well situated for the underground system and with lots of eating options nearby. Good pool and good business facilities - although again things like Broadband access in the room are not cheap. Top quality hotel though, and a good overall stay. Only two stops on the MTR from Raffles Place.

Very good location at Bugis, connected to shopping mall with department store. Staff goes the extra mile. Shophouse rooms are big with wooden floor, although there is a long way from the elevators to get there (since they are located on the other side with street-windows). Food is excellent, porridge was my kids favorite, very well done. Very easy to get a cab.

We had a lovely stay at the Intercontinental for one night on our way to Vietnam. Very happily recommend it and would happily stay there again.

I don't like our room did not provide toothbrush and toothpaste since this is a 5 stars hotel.
I called housekeeping and they delivered for us.
In general, all staff are very friendly and always smile with you.

My wife celebrated her birthday in singapore, and we made a perfect choice of staying at Hotel Intercontinental, Burgis Junction. All the staffs are friendly and accomodating. I requested for flowers upon arrival to surprise my wife, and 2 vases of Roses were there to my wife delight. I requested a small birthday cake for my wife, and it was sent to our room with complimentary of the house and tasted very GOOD with SUperior quality. Very Clean and cozy rooms. Pillow menu was Fabulous very IMPRESSIVE. We slept very well and the bed and linens are SUPER COMFORTABLE. Bathroom is big and very good size with quality shampoo, lotion, shower gel and to the extend good quality disposable toothbrush. We loved it, and ENJOY our stay. Will definitely come back for more and refer to friends and relatives. David

It is near Subway (Bugis)
Paid more than $300 U.S. per night...
Paid more than $300 U.S. per night for two nights in June and they wouldn't even provide complimentary bottled water. I arrived at the hotel late (after 1 a.m.) and I had to talk to three people (the last one a manager) in order to get complimentary bottled water. Very poor service and value for what I paid. Would never stay there again.
