Having stayed at the hotel on business a couple of years ago I was happy to see that none of the hotels standards have slipped. It is easy to get to by taxi from the airport, close to the MRT so that getting to Orchard Road, Sentosa, Clarke Quay etc. is really easy.

I ordered a fresh filter coffee through room service which was quite costly (I think SG$7.00++) and it was just little more than one cup!
And, they now charge for internet use which in a hotel of this level and type at at such a cost should be be free to room guests.
But I guess I am used to Thai service and hospitlity.

We were kept awake most of the night from noise from other guests and cleaners - despite callling the conceirge to complain at 3am. Certainly not helpful when we had to catch an early flight. Also we ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived too late for us to eat it before having to leave to catch our flight. As such, we refused to pay for this when checking out causing a prolonged wait for someone in management to finally agree to cancel the charge. Unfortunately this meant that the taxi charged us for the waiting time anyway! Also worth noting is that the bathroom (in particular the shower) is rather compact so beware if you have mobility issues.

Nice hotel but if you are visit singapore for shopping or busniss, i recommend to find a hotel in orchard road.
Orchard road is located 12 minute from M hotel. You can reach it by taxi with around 6 dollars.

Not recommend for family with elderly and child. The shower room is too small for elderly and the bathtub is too small for man. Connecting rooms without seaview, no view for elderly and children. Surcharge for cold drink on breakfast buffet. Staff are nice and helpful.
