Location! location!
Location was fantastic right at Orchard Rd. All the shops available at doorsteps. Breakfast was great, with premier club we were able to eat at the Lounge and enjoys the all day snacks and drinks. The only negative bit was the girl that waitress during night time in the Lounge was very fond chatting with my husband. Everyone else was very genuine and go extra to do things for us. We got our room first on the 7th floor, non-smoking, but the hallway and the room was fumed with smokes first night we came back from shopping. We got the room changed to the 9th floor, much cleaner and better layout within the room. We got given the least quality for what we paid for first and found out the new room was exactly what we should have got for the money we have paid for on the 9th floor. But yet got the well used and next to the road, although asked for quiet room and non-smoking. We may stay here again mainly for location.
