Great Hotel
I've stayed at this hotel a few times before when it was the Meriden. Not too much has changed, it's been refurbished and carpets etc make it look a bit more modern. Hotel is and has always been a very friendly and convenient place to stay. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. We stayed in a premier room so had access to the lounge, so free booze from 6-8 every evening along with lots of yummy canapes. Only down side is the pool, it's fine but could be easily improved by replacing the sun loungers with wooden ones and putting more greenery around to hide the concrete, but this is only a minor point as you don't go to Singapore to lie by the pool. I would recommend the Concorde as it's great value for money and very central. We will stay there next time we visit Singapore.

great hotel
We stayed for 3 nights and a great place to stay . We had the premier room and it was quiet and very nice. Only a couple of small things they took a while to bring our case to us when we arrived and one day they didn't clean the room and we had to ring reception. In the premier room you get free drinks from 6 to 8 pm and also 24 hour internet access . We will certainly stay there again.

I found the hotel great! we upgraded to a better room and got access to a superior lounge and free breakfast and internet. The best thing about upgrading was from 6pm to 8pm you got free drinks and food! will be staying there again!

Weekend Getaway
This was our first internet hotel booking. We chose this hotel simply by the location. Great choice, close enough to all main Orchard Rd shopping centres but far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle. A three minute walk to the trains. A seven minute trip by train to Vivo and Sentosa.
The staff were all very helpful; the restaurant is well priced and the food is good. We arrived at 7.30 a.m. and the hotel looked after us very well until our room became available.
Very good value for the cost.

Very nice hotel, in a good area...
Very nice hotel, in a good area - very central. Rooms were great. The only downside was the price of breakfast - too expensive for a family and the pool area was fairly basic.

There occured serious problems since the personal at...
There occured serious problems since the personal at the reception ciould not find any reservation in their computers .This was timeconsuming and a lot of Stress. They told us that we only can stay for one night and then had to loook ourselves for an other Hotel. Only the next morning we were informed that evrything was ok.

Location is ideal, 2 min walk to...
Location is ideal, 2 min walk to nearest MRT station. staff friendly and helpful. we arrived at 7:30am at hotel and were checked into our room for 9:15am (check-in is 2:pm)we would definatly book this hotel again.

My husband, daughter and myself thoroughly enjoyed...
My husband, daughter and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel for 11 nights. Staff were great, friendly and very helpful, even when we arrived at 3:00am! Occasionally room service might have forgotten something, but a quick phone call and it was in our room or sorted out in 5 minutes. It was very quiet there, even though there was some renovating going on we never heard anything as they are only permitted to work between certain day time hours. Resturant is a bit pricey, but there are food courts and resturants within a 2 minute walk. Hairdressers and massages for a good price downstairs too!! we will definately be staying there on our next trip.
