Good for the price. The beds were...
Good for the price. The beds were extremely hard and I found it difficult to sleep, but then that is just me. Hotel filled all the basic needs. The location was within easy walking distance of Boat and Clark Quays. Not much to say really. The breakfast was very good. Pool not too bad either.

Basic, comfortable accommodation with all necessary facilities....
Basic, comfortable accommodation with all necessary facilities. Service by all staff at front desk, Bell desk, waitresses and cleaners that we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. We were particularly appreciative of support given to us after check out when we couldn't get back to the hotel on time to get baggage and meet a pre arranged taxi. That support was beyond the call of duty.

SLIGHTLY OUT OF TOWN 1/2HR WALK BY...
SLIGHTLY OUT OF TOWN 1/2HR WALK BY RIVER TO CLARKES QUAY. TOURIST BUS STOP RIGHT OUTSIDE HOTEL WHICH WAS GOOD. GOOD POOL.NO COMPLAINTS WITH REST OF HOTEL.

Would recommend the Miramar hotel. Staff friendly, Price is right, Room and Hotel was clean and tidy, everything worked. Only bad point was a bit far to walk to Tude in heat (15mins). Bar (2 drinks for 1 before 9pm, but still expensive) with average live music.

With an early morning arrival 07:30 hrs,...
With an early morning arrival 07:30 hrs, we expected to unload our luggage and wander Singapore until our room was ready, but to our delight it was ready for us on arival. Our room was excellent with a great view, and was all we had asked for in our booking. The Concierge could not do have been more helpful - telling us which buses we wanted, the best way to get to places, suggestions for shopping, organised the tours we did with a minimum of fuss, and always added that extra piece of information that made us feel special. Food was excellent in the 'Fern Tree' - breakfasts and an evening meal we had there. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return.

we stayed at the miramar last time en route to new zealand, and will definately be using it again. the staff are very helpful and friendly,the food is excellent. top class...could not fault anything

The Miramar Hotel gave my husband and...
The Miramar Hotel gave my husband and I excellent service.  The early check-in was much appreciated.  The buffet breakfast and lunch was excellent value.  The valet service was first-class, the chaps were most helpful of local customs.  The Hotel itself although older was regal.  It was clean and all staff were most helpful.  We had a wonderful Singapore stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the...
We really enjoyed our stay at the Miramar.  Our room was very comfortable and the staff all very helpful and friendly.  The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the outdoor pool.  The hotel is situated within walking distance of Clarke's Quay and Chinatown and we would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Singapore.

I was very happy with the staff...
I was very happy with the staff at the Miramar Hotel Singapore. On my special request field: I wanted a room looking down the swimming pool, non smoking and I had got exactly the room looking down the swimming pool and non smoking. I would like to say thank you to all the staff at the Miramar Hotel during my summer holiday at this hotel with swimming pool, television, telephone and everything I need. I am also wishing them a Happy Chinese New Year 2005.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stays at the Miramar. The Staff are always helpful. We like the short walk across to Clarke Quay, and the happy atmosphere by day and at night. Very pleasant hotel.... and we like the meals. For a Singapore Holiday... Can't beat the Miramar. You'll see us again. Mrs. D. Miller, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
