This is one of the best 4 star hotels in the city. It recently completed their renovation, making it now a sleek and contemporary design hotel with excellent restaurants. Very large pool area and al fresco dining as well.
Great location, as Clarke Quay has done a major revamp and now offers a lot of good dining & party options. The hotel is also close to Chinatown and Orchard, so a good base and about as central as you can get.
Service is courteous, polite and friendly!
They have an executive floor as well for about USD50 more, which is pretty good value, includes breakfast, broadband and cocktail happy hour.
Rooms are large and offer great views of the city skyline and the river.

Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The room was large and had a great view. The location was convenient to many resturants and access to bus and mrt. The breakfast was delicous with lots of choices to suit international tastes. Beautiful Pool and courteous staff made our stay a memorable one. Great value for money.

I stayed at the hotel for five nights with my daughter in law and grandson during September 2005. We found the staff at the hotel were very friendly and happy to help. The breakfast was more than ample with good variety. The room was of average size but housekeeping did a wonderful job and there was everything we needed in the room.

Hotel is being renovated, which i didn't know. No lobby bar, power tools in the swimming pool, rooms are tired-looking. Staff very efficient and pleansant, great location. Still poor value compared to e.g yhe Holiday inn atrium which was cheaper and much, much better.

Great location, very clean, Breakfast excellent!, bed hard, mostly good service, however no Video player which was a major problem as 2 yr old was not able to watch children video and the local channels poor for early childhood programs

On check in we were given a smoking room, although we had requested non-smoking. The Novotel Clarke Quay hotel room was absolutely foul, so thick with residue my eyes were watering within a minute of arrival. We immediately range a requested a transfer. We were given a perfectly decent room fresh room. Why it was not available when we checked in I wouldn't know. However, the rest of the stay was fine. Good room, good location,
We stayed on the 9th floor and...
We stayed on the 9th floor and found while the room size was of a good standard, the quality of the furnishings was quite dated. The Hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment and perhaps when this is completed the standard will be more in line with our expectations. The location is excellent being right beside Boat Quay and all the restaraunts.

Novotel Clarke Quay offers great rooms .... spacious, perfect lighting and neat! Supermarket at Liang Court next door is a big plus! Hop on SIA tour stops right outside the hotel. Dining at Boat Quay area is an experience .... great food, ambience, and if you're lucky, fantastic fireworks across the river. Shopping malls and Chinatown just behind. Great stay ... great breakfast buffet!
