Stayed on Furama for two night and...
Stayed on Furama for two night and it was really nice. The staff was very kind and helpful to you. The room was nice and clean, and all the other areas on the hotel was cleen and nice too. The breakfast was good, and there is a nice pool. The placement of the hotel is good to, u can walk to the city or take a taxi that is really cheap in singapore. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Singapore.

Stayed here for 7 days in mid-August 2005. Efficient and friendly hotel with nice, albeit small, guest rooms. Location slightly out of the way from the CBD and Orchard, but this was not a major issue for us. Nice pool area and excellent tennis court. Housekeeping was a bit too keen to clean the rooms, ringing the door at 7:30 am on a few occaisons, even with the "Do Not Disturb" signs up. Overall, though, a good hotel for the price.

A very good 3/4 * hotel for the price. Rooms a good size and comfortable. Close to Chinatown and Orchard Road areas. But beware it can get full of college groups etc., which means it can get noisy!!

I lived in Furama Riverfront hotel at end of June 05. Due to lack of room and i already reserved for it 1.5 months ago, they upgraded me to a better room at top floor. The room is nice and clean with king size bed. Breakfast was okay, but not many choices. Swimming pool is nice and not much people using. The location is near Clarke Quay and China Town within walking distance. Even go by taxi, the price is cheap.

Furama Riverfront is not so good since changing ownership - cocked up the reservation and didn't sort the problem particularly quickly.Location is poor, too.We will look elsewhere to stay next time we visit Singapore.

Stayed at the Furama Riverfront for 4 nights in Feb 05.
Rooms were okay, great for the price. Pool is proberly one of the best in Singapore. The service was great and the breakfast was also nice in the morning. We were rarely in the hotel except to sleep, breakfast and have some drinks by the pool in the evening before we went to bed, so if this is your similar holiday this hotel was great! The money saved staying here meant we could shop more. Didnt really find the hotel was far from anything, we caught taxi's everywhere, they are very cheap. Location was nice.

Service was good especially the gentleman on the front door who helped us find best travel to KL when we were misinformed elsewhere ,and was always so happy whether it was getting us a taxi or just answering our questions on Singapore,(wish we had got his name).
