Excellent hotel at top end of Orchard...
Excellent hotel at top end of Orchard Road. Front desk staff extemely courteous and helpful. Breakfast served in open plan dining a is a bit of a hubbub of noise but plenty choice. Room was adeqauatley sized but he bathroom was a little on the small side. Otherwise, no complaints and would stay there agin if visiting Singapore.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic...
The staff at the hotel were fantastic mainly the front office staff, as they helped us out when Asia Rooms mucked up our bookings as the hotel had no record. The only proof I had was my email off the site. Staff were fantastic all round.

The Orchard is in a very good...
The Orchard is in a very good location - close to good shopping, sightseeing, bars & nightlife. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers in particular.

The receiption is very poor. Service...
The receiption is very poor. Service atitidue is feeling uncomfortable. They don't feel as 4 stars but more 2-3 stars. People in the front desk are poor quality and not friendly people as singaporean should be. It is poor service for internet. They should give free charge for free using internet as most of places are.

The hotel was good and the service...
The hotel was good and the service was fair. The only problem we had was the transfer to the hotel. The hotel told me that it will cost not more than SD30 but when we got to the hotel the driver's charge was SD50.

we were very impressed with the quality of service which we received in your hotel. we would also recomend it highly to anyone who is travelling to Singapore and we will also stay there again next time we visit Singapore. It was a very pleasant experience and you are to be highly recomended on the level of every aspect of customer service which we received from your staff. We got the impression that they all enjoyed their jobs to the point that the impression which we received was that it was not a job to them but a way of life and their mission in life was to please people. never before have we experienced such a igh level of service and comfort in a hotel,we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you for letting us enjoy the experience.
