Happy....... in the end .
Check in was very long with a wait of 20 minutes to get checked in. Looked like an airline crew had just turned up at the hotel at the same time and instead of a group arrangement for them they too stood in line with the rest of us.
After finally getting my room key, i proceeded up to the room, insert the key, enter and find perple already in the room that had been allocated to me. As you would expect, they were shocked and angry at my uninvited entry to their room. So......back down to the lobby and another 20 wait in line and an additional 5 minutes trying to figure out what happened! All through this the staff were very helpfull and friendly while trying to sort this out.
Finally another room key was allocated to me and to my supprise they had up graded me to a suit on the 16th floor which was very nice.
The staff were efficient and graceful under presure. A job well done.
I would return to this Hotel despite the problems encounted during the first 40 minutes of my stepping through the door.
