The hotel is really nice location and actually i booked deluxe room but when we reached the hotel, they gave us suite room.We really have a nice sleep for a night. Then d facilities also quite convinience, 5 to 8 min walk to ION Shopping mall and also orchard mrt. The hotel also near tanglin shopping centre & tanglin mall.
But,one thing that i don't really satisfy is the service of the operators. Due to we very confusing about the car park charges when we checked in,so we went to ask one of the operator to make sure whether the car park is free for whole day or not and if we drive out and drive in again is it they will charge us after that. The operator told us that if we drive out the car and drive in again then they will charge us, because the free charge parking is only valid for one time. But when we asked another operator the same question, the operator gave us the opposite answer, that mean the car parking charges is fre for whole day, no matter how many times you drive out and in. This really make us confusing and we don't know who is given a correct answer. So, this make me feel that the operators service should be trained more so that they won't keep confusing the customer who stay in.
