This was truly outstanding experience. The rate was very reasonable indeed for a hotel of this quality, although this is certainly not budget accommodation. The service was friendly and helpful and the room was almost perfect. Breakfast on a pleasant outdoor-but-covered patio by the pool was very good and included in the price. I had arrived after a very long flight from my home town in Canada and felt welcomed and cared for. I travel a reasonable amount, and this was unquestionably one of the nicest hotels I have enjoyed.

couldn,t fault the hotel & the location.we were allowed an early check in so we could recover after arriving early from a 13 hr. flight.also,relatively close to the airport.all round fantastic value for money.also, thanks to asia rooms everything went smoothly without any problems.wish we would have stayed longer

"We originaly booked Pan Pacific through reading..."

We originaly booked Pan Pacific through reading the reviews..We were not dissapointed, we feel majority of the guests have been spot on with the Hotel. Its inviting,warm, and ambient. We were ushered in by a

young man named Samuel, (who also entertained our 3 year old son as he dashed across to the lit up indoor lifts and colourful fountains in the lobby) While we checked in, it was easy and quick, we even got the room we booked..Deluxe king with balcony, which overlooked the Marina Bay and the Singapore Flyer. Our room was fresh,clean and beautiful decked out bathroom, serviced everyday and shower was very enjoyable. A swim in the pool is a must, where you are greeted with fresh fluffy towels and complimentry bottled water. Had a fantastic view over to Merlion Park Fountain,which is only a 10minute walk along the river. Pan Pacific is connected to Marina Square Mall and Suntec City,plenty to do for families. The Hotel has Formal and informal dining, tastes to suite everybody, but you must try the outdoor Barbque Buffet alon side of the pool.Although we were informed there was construction going on in the Hotel renovating the Japanese restaurant, I can assure you there were no signs of this or any noise. Everybody is very friendly and polite nothing is a chore, everything is done with a smile, our son loved being made a fuss off by everyone in the Hotel, specially at breakfast when he was served with Thomas Tank table service, along with his own pot of hot chocolate. The buffet laid out each morning was ample and delicious, sure some mornings there was a que, which only shows that people were at the right hotel, usualy have to wait for all good things. :) Also want to mention the quality of the service, by the people who manage the Hotel. We were concerened about the latch on the sliding door that led out to the balcony, it was a little loose, and our son being tall for his age, we worried that he might unlacth it when he woke up, They offered to moniter the door from the reception, but this would have been inconviniant for all concerened, as we often went out on to the balcony, Till they located the main keys,they sent up an engineeer to move the lock higher, so that we can rest and enjoy our stay.. We very appricitive of their efforts and offer to tdo this for us.. Thank you Pan Pacific for the most pleasurable stay, we wish we can thank everybody personally, but sure they know who they are. We will definitly be back, we have already recommmended it to our family and friends. Everyone should visit Singapore once in their life time, to experience the culture and the wonderful natured, friendly and helpful people,no matter where you are at the time. This was our first visit and it certainely wont be our last..
