Everything was ok - room, air condition, pool, food, staff... Shuttle service should be available more frequently and throughout the day (not that the last one picks up at 03:00pm). Hope that after reconstruction of the pool area is completed, it will be more beautiful and will look like a small resort. Good value for money paid!
The Plaza Parkroyal hotel was very clean with excelent air conditioning which wasn't neither too hot nor too cold. It is near Bugis junction which is very nice place to shop or even have a dinner since the whole street is air conditioned. The room was comfortable and had a very clean bathroom. The breakfast was great with plenty of food (fruit especially) to choose from. Most of all I would like to point out the staff who were very kind, friendly and helpful and made are stay even more pleasant. They realy made us feel welcome. Not that I would stay there again but I would also recommend it to all.

Fantastic hotel, Great staff, Nice food, Quality rooms,we had a great stay here. I booked online and had a supprise to what value and sevice you get for your money. So if you are thinking of coming here to stay........look no futher!..just book.
Rooms were clean BUT the safe box didnt' work (they sent someone up but they couldn't fix it either), toilet flush didn't work too well and air con couldn't be adjusted properly. Eventually we had to ask for a room change. They also didn't supply toothbrushes/paste which most hotels in Asia do.

Family friendly, with comfortable rooms and very efficient air con. Buffet breakfast and evening meals were varied, well presented and affordable. Booking organised through "Singapore Stopover" Would stay again, but so many other excellent hotels to sample1
A very well-managed hotel which is not expensive and handily placed for the city. The facilities are good, the breakfast excellent and the staff attended rapidly to problems.
I visited the Plaza's buffet dinner and was horrified to discover that it is not wheelchair-accessible. Most large hotels in Asia are. I was even more shocked to discover the hotel has recently undergone renovations. Clearly, accommodating disabled patrons isn't on their agenda, which is simply disgusting in this day and age. On top of this the buffet was far too expensive by Singapore standards and just not very good.
