Family-friendly Resort
Service was excellent - from the time we checked-in up to the time we checked out. Front office even upgraded our room to ocean view which my daughter really appreciated.
Breakfast buffet spread is varied and excellent!
In-house spa - Rasa Spa - is also excellent!
Good for family stay
Great place for family with children. I have a 6mth old baby and requested a baby cot which they provided. My two elder kids (6 & 4 yrs old) enjoyed the kids pools.
Great hotel on the beach
If you are looking for a beach holiday while still being in Singapore, this is the place. Great for kids with a fantastic pool and right on the beach. Our son absolutely loved the pool area - with a few options of where to swim and what to play with.
Breakfast was fantastic - huge range of options. They have a kids breakfast buffet too at a lower height - but this is just full of high sugar items - a bit sad really.
My only complaint was the cost for an extra bed in the room for our son - they wnated to charge $80 per night. Since our son is only 2.5 I thought this was ludicrous, so I asked how much a cot was - this is free - so he slept in a cot instead!!

Great holiday!
We enjoyed our stay at Rasa Sentosa SRL very much! We had a family size room which gave the kids ample space to romp. Even when the sofa bed was made up, there was still lots of room. Food was good, staff were mostly friendly and enough activities to keep the kids occupied. Will definite go back again!
Fantastic
From the very start we were met with friendly, helpful and very polite staff members. Although we were a little early without any problems we were assisted to our room. The room itself was very spacious, clean and extremely well presented. The free shuttle bus provided every 20mins was very useful to get around and see all the amazing sites the island offered and all staff members could not help enough with anything asked for. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a vast variety of ethnic groups catered for and no trouble for any special requests. The visit from the monkeys on our balcony was truly awesome with tropical surrounding provided a perfectly quiet and tranquil retreat to relax. A quick trip in the taxi also provided access to Singapore's famous shopping streets, complexes and further areas of interest with taxi drivers full of helpful information. Although a little higher in price than some other hotels available in Singapore, certainly cannot fault this one and would certainly recommend to others to pay the little extra to enjoy all this hotel has to offer.

Awesome hotel for family holiday
We had a good time when stayed at Rasa Sentosa. All the staff are very friendly & helpfull to us especially with my 2 years old son. The room was clean & nice. There are lots of variety of foods for breakfast and they are all nice.
Another extra good service was they provide us with a refresher room as we have already checked out and our plane was at night time. This enable us to have a shower before go to the airport. Also they have a guest lounge for us to use even after we checked out.
