After a slight problem on arrival over...
After a slight problem on arrival over the double room reserved, the remainder of our stay was excellant. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay most enjoyable. We would have not hesitation in returning to this hotel.

The great atmosphere of this hotel suffers...
The great atmosphere of this hotel suffers immensely from the ongoing construction activities. Especially during the period of my stay there was construction work going on right in front of the entrance. The hotel has special promotion offers to compensate guests for the inconvenience. (Talk with the receptionist when you check in.) On the plus side I must say that the staff is extremely polite and helpful.

We have stayed in this hotel on...
We have stayed in this hotel on a previous trip and have been very pleased with it on both occasions. Service was excellent - anything we needed in our room was delivered in minutes. We were asked on arrival if we would like to upgrade to a suite which also included breakfast and high tea - we did not take up this offer but thought it was good value.
