Booked this hotel through asiarooms after much searching and glad i booked this place. Stayed there for 7 nights in December 2007. Great location just off Orchard Road and 5 mins walk to the Orchard station for the subway trains.
Check-in was smooth and they managed to give me all the requests that i made via asia rooms on booking. Only thing that would have been better would have been a late checkout since our flight was late evening but they alowed us till midday and then offered us changing facilities next to the swimming pool before we left.
Had deluxe room on 10th floor. Dont expect any great views but i knew about this before i booked. Room was ok size with good bed, table and chair, wardrobe with safe, wall mounted flat screen TV and bathroom had walk-in shower. Room also had free mini-bar replenished everyday but minimal amount of drinks (2 cans of beer, 3 cans of fizzy drinks and 2 bottles of water) but enough to quench your thirst after a day out. Complimentary newspaper was left everyday.
There is free wi-fi if you have your own computer. Business centre with 2 computers only allows you free 15 mins a day usage after which they charge you.
Had breakfast included which is a buffet style affair but enough there to keep you full. There are western as well as asian breakfasts on offer.
Main thing about the hotel was that it was Non-smoking which was great.
Overall great hotel in great location with good service.Definitely recommend.
