Summerview is good value. Staff are courteous....
Summerview is good value. Staff are courteous. Rooms are small but comfortable,adequate for a couple of nights but probably not for a week. Very convenient and you don't pay for services you don't need.

The room was clautrophobically small!!! The frontdesk...
The room was clautrophobically small!!! The frontdesk receptionist gave me a room with very small window and to my surprise the view was still the wall of the hotel (useless request for a room with windows). otherwise the hotel was conveniently located for shopping  in suntec mall. I would not recommend to claustrophobic people.

The room was really claustrophobically small!! the frontdesk receptionist gave me a room with a very small window but to my surprise the view was the other side of the same hotel! otherwise the location was very convenient if you want to shop at Suntec mall but if your priority is to go to the malls along orchard, then you have to take MRT. I would not recommend to claustrophobic people.

I was surprised to see the Summerview...
I was surprised to see the Summerview room size.  It was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in.  But It was good enough value for the money I paid for.  The room I stayed in was quite clean.  The location is also good because it was near Raffles and Suntec city mall.  I would definitely recomend this hotel to tourists who are on a budget.

The Summerview hotel room is rather small but very clean. The staffs are very nice and helpful. But the internet charge is rather expensive. The location is very conveniece to get around. Good hotel...

Summerview Hotel location is good, away from...
Summerview Hotel location is good, away from the hassle and bustle of Orchard Road, yet only two blocks away from Orchard. Convenient to get around by taxi, or by bus (bus stop right across the hotel). Toilets are clean, rooms are clean, but the carpets need vacuuming. Breakfast need variation! Instead of sausage everyday, you can have bacon, ham, spring roll, etc. Good value for money!

Nice hotel and clean hotel. But everytime...
Nice hotel and clean hotel. But everytime we want go to the hotel by taxi, the driver didn't know where the Summerview Hotel is. So, we have to bring name card of this hotel and show the driver. One more thing, the breakfast was very pity and no variation. But, it's reasonable because of the low rate.

I stayed at the Summerview hotel recently...
I stayed at the Summerview hotel recently and found it to be very clean, friendly and is in a good location ( 5 minutes walk from Raffles Hotel ). MRT is also only a few minutes walk from the hotel which will take you almost anywhere you might want to go! I would stay at this hotel again but this time I would ask for a room away from the main road as this can be a little noisy ( just a little! ). Overall I was very happy with the hotel and the service it provided!

The Summerview hotel location is very good,...
The Summerview hotel location is very good, where we can get food and access to the city very easy. The room is also clean. One thing that I don't like is when I want to expand the day to stay there, the reaction of front office is not too much nice, looks like they don't need me anymore as there will be many tourist come behind me.

Good value, good location (5 mins to...
Good value, good location (5 mins to Bugis MRT), very clean but small rooms (once a 3rd bed is added there is no room to move) but fine for a couple. Breakfast is limited but adequate.
