Nov 28, 2008 to Dec 04, 2008: - Staff is very friendly and helpful - Location is good and convenient, within working distance to Orchard Road, Little India etc - Breakfast provided and is OK - Room is a bit small and no window and is OK if you just want a place to rest after a long day. For the price and looking at Singapore standard, it is good value. Can't complain too much and the friendly & helpful staff helps offset those negatives and make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It would have been nice to have...
It would have been nice to have windows, at least for a bit of sunlight or views from the street. It was great to have breakfast included however, there should be a wider range made available. e.g wholemeal bread, cereal. (white bread, fried rice, frankfuit sausages seemed to be permanent breakfast menu).

3-4 years overdue a refit. Location was good. However the rooms fitout was dated & this lets it down in a big way. The inclusive breakfast was also very average we only eat the toast & coffee & left the rest.

Given the expense of hotels in Singapore,...
Given the expense of hotels in Singapore, this is a perfectly reasonable budget hotel. My room was shabby but clean, bathroom likewise. Breakfast bar was plain but contained plenty of fruit. Don't drink beer in the cafe: extortionate. Staff efficient and friendly. I have booked my next stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to...
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room we stayed in was like a store room; definitely not worth the amount we paid for it. Luckily we were only there for 1 night.

it was good price for value....but very bad treatment from room service+ reciption + food is not international...i recommend it for group of friends not families or couples.

Everything is quite good, except the room...
Everything is quite good, except the room has no window (as I imagine). Location is good, close to Bugis, easy to take taxi. Lounge is a bit small, just has 1 bench for about 3 guest.Anyway, I will come again next time.
