A good location for shopping but otherwise...
A good location for shopping but otherwise a bit of a dive. Breakfast was not bad and there was always hot water. Beds were small, room was small and a bit smelly with no window just a picture that you could turn off or on. Front desk not very helpful but the other staff were friendly. Next time I would pay a little extra to get a much better hotel.

Checked in with no help. Had to...
Checked in with no help. Had to hold open the door as well as trying to carry all baggage into the lobby. Had to wait several minutes for someone to check us in even though we were the only ones there at that time. Again had no assistance with luggage up to room. Room was tiny, barely enough for the bed and one table; the bed followed the entire perimeter of the room. Could see into the bathroom from the bed and smell it too as there was no ventilation except the slits in the door leading to the bedroom. One particular section of the room constantly smelt like urine (near the bed - though everything was near the bed). Service was shocking throughout the stay and no facilities. I'm sure there are better alternatives for the price.

This is a very good hotel especially...
This is a very good hotel especially for the budget concious traveller. The room is clean and hotel staff are polite and smiling always...The location is good because it's very near to Bugis street and Simlim Mall the biggest electronics mall at Singapore..My family and I are really happy and enjoyed our trip!! We will surely booked here whenever we gor the chance to visit Singapore..

Very simple accommodation, donot think of anything fancy. Recommended for people who cant afford anything else. Location is OK.

Good clean Hotel, no problems with the room other than it was very small, very basic but value for money. The breakfast was also most enjoyable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this...
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location's excellent, enabling one to explore most of Singapore's city by foot. The included breakfast is of good variety & there is some attempt at daily variation. Most of all, I think the Summerview offers excellent value for money !!
