I was very impressed with the facilities of the hotel. The swimming pool and room were lovely. I was also very pleased with services offered to me. On my last day i had a late flight, and although i checked out at lunch time, i was able to store my baggage with the concierge and have a shower in the spa/gym before my flight to freshen up.
I also found the complimentary shuttle service to Orchard road useful.
The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The baby sitting service was excellent too. I would strongly recommend the hotel to all my friends and family. Will definitely stay at the hotel again when I travel to Singapore..
Very obliging staff who allowed us an early check in (7a.m.) and late check out (3p.m) Excellent standard hotel situated at the top of Orchard Road. Bit of a walk to the MRT if you are not used to the heat but easy to get a taxi. Nice swimming pool area and good business centre.
Generally a good hotel. The rooms are small and the furniture is a bit worn but certainly clean and livable. The service at the front desk could be better/more friendly. My stays have been short so I put up with it because I like the Traders chain. Great health club, pool and spa.
The de-luxe room was not up to standard, the TV was broken and the view was very poor, considering its location..
We therefore up graded to Club, which we had done previously at the Traders. This was expensive but good.
