The hotel itself is good -- clean, good location (just a couple of minutes walk to Orchard), newly renovated, HOWEVER I found the front desk personnel to be discriminatory.
My daughter who booked us in a double room acompanied me and my son when we were checking in. The front desk personnel asked if the three of us were staying, and I said it's just me and my son. I guess he didn't believe me because his eyes started rolling when I said it's just the two of us since I was also with my daughter. This front desk personnel then called his supervisor who asked me the same question, and I again said that it's just me and my son, and then this time I added that my daughter is studying in Singapore and has her own place to stay in. Point is, even if I left out that information, the front desk personnel shouldn't have rolled his eyes. It was so condescending and rude.
