We very much enjoyed our stay at...
We very much enjoyed our stay at this perfectly situated hotel. Nice pool, clean spacious rooms and pretty good value for money. The staff at the front desk were helpful and the buffet breakfast kept us going all day! Well worth a visit

Interior of the hotel starting from the...
Interior of the hotel starting from the reception desk is very bland, big empty spaces with no character.Room was spacious with very old basic furnature.Bed was OK. Selection of food for breakfest was acceptable. The only plus point during my stay was the hotel staff.They were happy to help,to give advice and very friendly. They deserv my compliment. General comment about the hotel - it is dull. For the $200 plus/night keep away, the value is not there.

We found the Hotel to be good...
We found the Hotel to be good value for money. The room was nice and clean, the service was good and the Front-desk staff were very professional. The attitude of the Breakfast manager was rather strange, but the food made up for his manners. We will certainly stay there again.

The room was perfect, but the service...
The room was perfect, but the service at the Reception Desk was awesome and very bureaucratic. On arrival we were told to sit down and wait. For every request or question we had, we were told to contact the 'other' receptionist. From the Reception Desk it is difficult to find the elevators when arriving for the first time. A little strrange that we could only order fried eggs for breakfast (buffet). I would have preferred scramled eggs, if available.

it doesn't matter to the staff if...
it doesn't matter to the staff if they are of service to you or not nor do they seem to care if you ever patronize their hotel again. i requested a room on the higher floor, they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. I requested for a non smoking room, they gave me a smoking room wreaking of the smell of smoke. No one bothered to even try to pretend trying to accomodate our request.

I enjoyed my stay and my fiancee'...
I enjoyed my stay and my fiancee' enjoyed it also.. We will definately stay at this hotel any time I come to Singapore or in Japan.. This is now my best hotel.. Thanks for everything..

the hospitality was great. the check in...
the hospitality was great. the check in and out was so fast i was in and out befor i knew it. the hotel is in a great spot for a lot of shopping. many shoping plazas around and always a taxi nearby. i would stay at the york again. the rooms are not bad i expected bigger but was still pleased with the results. the bathroom is out standing and very spacious.
