my trully comments
most of travleller now need an internet access. comparing with another hotel with a quite similar in pricing, york didnt give a free internet access. i have tried to buy the voucher. but the speed access is very low. i need almost 15 minutes to open a single page.
this hotel also didnt give a mineral water everyday. just 1 bottle for each basis. i have extended my stay and they have recorded as a new booking, means new basis, but i havent receive any new mineral water.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very generous - an extra half to one hour opening time would be greatly appreciated. Staff were attentive, patient and polite. We would book again. Well located to main shopping area. Added bonus is the Pool and the children's swimming pool.

The room was clean, tidy and value for money. Excellent friendly staff. Only complaint is there are times difficult to get a taxi from the hotel, since hotel is not on a main road.

clean, comfortable, no frills
clean, comfortable accommodation in good location near Orchard Road shops. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to the 14 steps up to the front door (we had to lug our luggage up the 14 steps because no porters were around when we arrived.) Rooms are spacious and staff are very helpful.

Had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, tidy and very adequate for my needs. Also, thank you for allowing my late check out at 1400. Would stay here again on my next visit to Singapore

Great accomodation! Great location
We enjoyed our stay in the family suite. It was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Only thing would be the amenities. It was very basic - just shampoo and shower gel. We had to ask for cotton buds and shower caps. But otherwise everything else is fine. It was a handy location within walking distance to all of orchard road.
