Room is too small having an objectionable smell. Twin bed instead of a double bed would match only bachelors. service is good. It is worth US$30 only.

"Hi I booked the hotel only because..."
Hi I booked the hotel only because of location and there is a Nepalese restaurant in the Ground Floor. Other than that, the hotel rooms and facilities are poor. Hotel is too old and the
decoration and facilities are pitiful however the guys in the reception are ok and friendly! I would sugges the owner to renovate the hotel, its really outdated. thanks and best regards Niraj

"No value for money as the rooms..."
No value for money as the rooms seemed not cleadned up or used from days. Some of the other things in rooms were not in perfect shape.

"Room size is too small especially for..."
Room size is too small especially for those with kids. An extra bed only make the small room even smaller. 2 double beds in a more spacious room would make the customers more comfortable. Clean
bedsheets and blankets are also compulsory to avoid being bitten by bed bugs. Please consider getting new furnitures for the rooms and consider a moderate renovation works to be done at your hotel. The hotel rate is not too cheap, so I'm sure your hotel can allocate a certain sum to upgrade the hotel reasonably, although not luxuriously. But the location is a plus point plus the hotel staffs are quite friendly.

"The hotel location is a plus point...."
The hotel location is a plus point. Staffs are nice. Room size is small and this is a minus point especially for those who have to share the room with kids. At least a room
with two double beds, a new dressing table, and cleaner blankets and bedsheets are needed. I was bitten by the bugs and dustmites in the bed. A more modern looking hotel with more spacious rooms, with new furnitures are stongly recomended. Although this is a budget hotel, it should try to keep itself updated as the hotel rate is quite expensive compared to other budget hotels. But overall, the hotel is ok.

"The carpet in the hotel was smelling...."
The carpet in the hotel was smelling. There were coakroaches in the room. The room furniture was very old. The table and draws were not usable and so was the cupboard. The washbasin in the
bathroom was yellow with usage. There was only 1 lift which would take ages to come down and besides it was used for both customers and service staff as well. The staff was not professional and did not lend any support. I will not definitely stay there again nor suggest it to any of my acquaintences.

"I would not recomend this Hotel to..."
I would not recomend this Hotel to any one. It is not a Hotel at all, at best it can be call an Inn. The Bathroom has collapsible Plastic Doors !! The Hot Water for
Tea / Coffee has to be filled up by going down the passage !! In short we were very disappointed and in fact were feeling duped as we had reserved through the Internet.
