Mabuhay! We'r very thankful that we pick Fragrance -Emerald Hotel, its a really 7 mins. walk from the nearest mrt station(Kalang Station), its really affordable for the travelers that seeking convenience. The staffs are very warm and friendly. We really appreciate the honesty of the housekeeper who cleans and take good care of our important belongings in our room when we are outside of the hotel. Hope we could go back again and visit the so called Uniquely Singapore!

Cleaned room, provided coffee, snack, hot water, drinking water, hair dryer, bathroom facilities. closed to 7/11 shop. GOOD!!! From Kallang station, you must walk at least 20 mins (farer than my expectation). Standard room is very small. Booked twin but got double beds.

My husband and I had a pleasureable stay on this Hotel during our first time 4-days visit at Singapore. The room, although small, has enough features(hot shower, TV, queen size bed, nice hair drier) for a budget type Hotel. The place is near to Kallang MRT Station(about 10mins. to 15 mins. walk) and also has an affordable Chinese Restaurants at the corner of the street. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We'll still consider staying in this Hotel in our next visit.

The room is small but clean. The price is cheap for saving the budget. It is a 20-minute walk from the hotel to MRT. Staffs are so nice and helpful.

Fragrance - Emerald provides an excellent value in one of the most interesting parts of Singapore, with great eating and not the usual antiseptic feel. The room is small, so I wouldn't stay longer than a night or two, but staff comes up big.

Good value for the money. In an "interesting" part of town. Lots of ladies of the night visit the hotel, but i felt safe. Good for a single night, or a quick stop over, but not to stay long term.

It was Ok but the bed was covered in plastic, not so comfortable so sleep on. But I noticed that the hotel is situated in the red light district if Singapore so I can imagine why.. It was really cheap though!
