to have a comfortable accommodation
i am a frequent traveler & i find your hotel spacious enough but there was no cable channels so the channels are limited. i stayed with the hotel for 1 week & the few channels are boring. our stay should have been very nice if there were many channels to choose from. there was no refrigerator also and there was no vault in the room & there was no safety deposit box either in the reception so we have to carry our passports with us all the time and all our other important documents. the free coffee sachet given by the hotel does not taste good, so i suggest you buy nescafe 3-in-1 because it tastes a lot better and very good. there was no trash can in the toilet & the lights in the room are not very bright, it looks very dim. the free water that you give everyday should be big & not just small plastic shrink-wrapped water. there should be extra mat so as to wipe the liquids accidentally spilled. there should be 2 pillows per guest & not just 1 pillow per guest. the blankets are very thin, the hotel should offer guests thicker blankets & extra blankets and pillows should be there in the cabinet anytime for use. there should be free bananas or fruits as a welcome treat for new guests. my fist day stay in the hotel, the cleaner did not clean the bathroom floors as well as the room floors. i really want to come back to singapore again this year & stay in fragrance hotel again but i hope you follow all my suggestions so we can have a nice and very comfortable stay in your hotel, so i can recommend this hotel to our other friends and relatives who will travel to singapore. there was no bellboy in the hotel who will bring down our luggage so we brought down the luggage by ourselves when we checked out even if they are very heavy because we love to shop in singapore. thanks and hope that you will review all my suggestions and comments and hoping that when i come back, i will see these nice changes in fragrance hotel-sapphire in lorong 10 geylang singapore
