if you like geylang
you have decided not to stay in one of the well-known tourist places.
to have direct access to singapore-street-life with foodstalls , ´normal´ people
and the look of nightlife --- thats the place to be. no frills.
bus stop 200 m . MRT 10 min.

the hotel is on the edge of the red light district, which i was aware of, but didn't see any 'girls' unless you walk a few streets further down.the room is small but clean.they do have the plastic cover on the mattress which is a minus because the bottom sheet tends to move during the night.overall, for the price, i would stay here again.

My first experience
The deal was worthwhile but Indian restaurants are very far away from lorong 10 hotel. Those who are particular for Indian food cannot stay at this area. As for me it was fine as I like chinese food and there are many restaurants nearby.

We seemed to be on the 'maintenance' floor & got little sleep due to a lot of noisy voices outside our room & the constant sound of running water during the night. The receptionist was very helpful, answered all questions with a smile & happily gave us directions to wherever we asked for.

Hotel for city tour
The hotel is in a good position for touring. Cheap places to eat outside . Get to know the buses and it is no problem. Good value for money
