Good,no hassle no frills hotel. If you just need a bed and clean toilet then I have found the hotel I need at an affordable rate. Location is ok because Singapore has an efficient taxi service. Plenty of good local restaurants within walking distance and interesting character at night with the bars and karaoke lounges.
1) no sound proof - very noisy and can even heard people walking and talking at night
2) no bath mat provided in the washroom
3) unable to boil water in the room, need to bring thermo from room and walk all the way to pantry to get warm water (not even hot water)
This Hotel is not suitable if you bring children, the area is sorrrounded by bar and karaoke, and there are my girls sitting outside like a sex worker.
Do not ever stay in this hotel if you dont want to be disgusted.
This hotel is located not far from the red light district, which might be why the room is designed defferently from normal hotels.
The bed is fake leather material, which is very slippery. And only one piece of dirty sheet is provided to cover the bed, which moves with every single move you make. What's really disgusting is you can still see the skinky blood mark on the white(almost) sheet. I dont think i want to remind myself any more disgusting memories of this hotel.
Value for money, cleanliness and service are excellent, close to MRT transport and good restaurants for Indian and malay food.
Good for business and budget travellers, situated in a night entertainment area so it may not be the most favoured location.
However is value for money if you are the one who is out the whole day and back only to sleep in the hotel.
