Fantastic location, awesome pool, poor service and rooms
We chose to stay here because of location and the time we had between our connecting flights. They offer a free shuttle which is great but we careful to make this choice as it can take a while to get there. Hotel looks nice from outside but greeting was slow and quite rude. I was asked for a credit card, which I thought was for their files, it was in fact to take out the charges plus 10%. I wasnt happy with this not being explained. We asked for non-smoking room but as soon as we went through the door you could smell the horrible smell. The room must have once been used as a smoking room.
Also no milk, no extra toilet paper, only one towel, no extra bedding (when they know we booked as a family) was quite poor.
Breakfast was great, nice food and great selection. Best bit by far was the stunning rooftop pool. If anything the only reason we enjoyed our stay was for this pool. Even on leaving they got our baggage wrong which caused problems at the airport.
