It is not suitable for Muslims because...
It is not suitable for Muslims because it does not have Halal meat at all. It does not provide a free wireless internet. The breakfast has to be eaten in the restaurant lobby, not inside the room. The meals are too expensive. The menu of the food is mainly chinese so Arabs and Middle Easterners will not like it. It is located very far from the city and all the Singaporean attractions. THerefore, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Hi Me and my husband had a great time in this hotel there is only one thing but not really a big deal. I sent inquiries thru email but apparently did not receive reply from them but still we enjoy our stay esp the buffet breakfast and also the staff were helpfullaccomodating Thank you very nuch and Best Regards Mrs. Bautista

I have given 4 smiling faces as the overall rating to your hotel which is sufficient to reflect my satisfactory to the hotel. However, I am still astonished to find that it is not free of charge in using the broadband service in the hotel room which is already available to guest free even in the smallest hotel in Japan or Thailand.

The picture on the website is much...
The picture on the website is much nicer than the reality. I have booked a superior room only, maybe the deluxe room would be much nicer. The first room they gave me was really disappointing, small and ugly walls. It says on their website that all rooms have seaview, but in the reality, the hotel is only facing the seaside, by there is a village club house opposite to the hotel with the many trees outside, one can enjoy a minimum of seaview. The roof pool is really fascinating and right outside the restaurant is another outdoor pool, adjoining the golf course! Very nice ambient in the restaurant. Breakfast quality is only ok, service not too good during breakfast time. Great location to explore the Ubin Island and the Hawker Center! Overall, good price and quality for a four star hotel in Singapore!!

I was unhappy to arrive on a...
I was unhappy to arrive on a late arrival (around 11 PM) and was told the shuttle to this hotel was no longer running, and that I had to call the hotel to send a shuttle over to get me. Unfortunately, my reservation information did not have a hotel telephone number, so I was required to wait in a very long, slow line for the hotel reservations service to place the call for me. Eventually, after waiting > 20 minutes for other people to make hotel reservations, I just took a taxi to the hotel on my own $. One of the attractive things about this hotel was the advertised fact that there was free airport shuttle both directions, which I was not able to enjoy completely.

On arrival Reception could not give us...
On arrival Reception could not give us a room with a double bed as we expected and paid for. Could not sleep in Room 746 due to airconditioning duct noise and complained about 11pm. They said they were aware that this was a problem but still put us in that room hoping we would not say anything!! We had to repack our bags and we got moved at 11.30pm to Room 555 with a double bed which was a lot quieter however we got woken up by toilets being flushed during the night. Could not see out of the windows due to dirt and mould. Front entrance/restaurants etc were beautifully presented but the hotel needs a paint job and carpets replaced - quite shabby really. Dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent but for $234.00/night we felt this hotel certainly did not measure up to what we expected.

The place was very elegant..there were so...
The place was very elegant..there were so many businessmen who have booked their accomodation at this hotel. I recommend this for businessmen, families and couples who want their stay in singapore memorable..this place is excellent but if ur a budget traveller this hotel is not recommended because aside from the location is kinda far from the main attractions and malls and city of singapore, the price is kinda high but believe me its worth it..I will surely come back to singapore and stay at Changi Village Hotel..I hope i'll have enough money again to stay there..
