Perfect for business
The all inclusive is really nice, more over if your room is in the 6th floor.
The hotel is closed to the airport and to the exhibition center, but a bit far (30 min by taxi) from the quay area.
Service of the hotel are nice ( 2 swiming pool / fitness center..) and the buffet is great.

My favourite hotel in Singapore
Changi Village Hotel is my favourite place to stay, because staff are very polite and helpful, the rooms are well equipped and clean and the location is quiet and close by to the old Airport Eatery where lots of delightful food options are available. I have stayed at Changi Village Hotel a number of times and will continue to do so.
Changi Village
A bit frayed around the edges (my room smelt of damp when the air-con was off) and the curtains were a bit shabby and the tiling could do with a fresh coat of grout..... but the rooms are sound-proof which is essential when you're in transit on the long-haul. The public areas are good - great pool and gym and good wi-fi plus a location opposite Changi Beach makes this a perfect place for a stop-over. As my flight arrived early I was particularly grateful for the early check-in.
Clean facilities. Good location. Generally friendly staff. Shuttle bus service to the airport was a plus.
They should promote the tourist places better. Stingy on the towels. The reception told me that it's free for them to print the boarding pass for me, but later charged me 50 cents a page.

We had a great time in the Changi Village hotel. We found the staff all very polite and helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was ok for us. The room we were initially given seemed quite small and i was a little disappointed as the spaciousness of the rooms was something that the hotel had pushed in their advertising. However i asked about the possibility of another room and was immediately granted, at no extra cost, a bigger room. The swimming pools were fantastic and whilst i didn't use the spa it looked beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and not so much more expensive than the coffee house round the corner. Restaurants looked great but we actually just popped round the corner to where there were lots of local food places and hawker stalls...to be recommended! All in all an excellent experience of this hotel.
Excellent Place to Stay
Stayed here for one night as it is close to the airport, very convenient with the shuttle bus provided by the Hotel. Staff members are very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Overall had an excellent stay. The room is overall great, just the design of the bath tub is causing water to overload to the floor. Will definitely stay here again!
A relaxed stay
We had stayed here the previous month on the way to Europe and had an inward facing room. I had requested a room facing outside on our return and this request was honoured.
Stop over
We have stayed here before. I had - however - forgotten how noisy the air conditioning was. Also on this occasion we only had a window looking across to the gym and into the atrium which I found rather claustrophobic. I have requested an outside window for our return visit next month.
