The service at the front desk was...
The service at the front desk was Supreme, very helpful, very accommodating. The building looks a bit battered but very clean and tidy. Rooms are varying sizing, I had a very large King bed room. Bathroom was a little small but had all conveniences and very clean. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends.

The staff are accomodating and helpful, contrary to the review I read prior to my stay at the hotel. The room ammenities are just appropriate to the budget I got,am just not sure if they can provide a better room than what was provided to me at the time I stayed there.If your intention is just to find a place to sleep at night then its just okay, normally if you expect more then you have to pay more. But I believe the entertainment can be improved by adding some more channels for you to watch, there are only 3 TV channels there, another thing more the room temperature can't be adjusted as the thermostat is not functioning, there are times you feel so cold and nothing can be done to make you feel warmer.

If your looking for a well located,...
If your looking for a well located, clean and adequate3 room at a reasonable price for Singapore, this is your hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. They have WIFI for a price, no restaurant however. This is a no frills place to stay, and if your on a budget it's a good clean place to sleep. I would recommend this hotel, but don't stay here if your looking for luxury and modern surroundings.

It is a NO Smoking Hotel and...
It is a NO Smoking Hotel and you can not open the windows. NO service but it is clean and safe and in the center of the city.

Considering the room rate of US$ 140...
Considering the room rate of US$ 140 this hotel was a big disappointment. The room had very basic furniture. The TV had no remote control and only 2 channels were working. WiFi was availabnle at an extra charge (S$ 5/hour). The staff at the reception was not very friendly. Should I return to S'pore I will DEFINITELY not stay at this hotel again!!

Location of hotel is very convenieient as...
Location of hotel is very convenieient as it is very near to MRT station and in Orchard area.Room rate is a bit on a high side especially for us Malaysians.

The hotel is perfect for one night...
The hotel is perfect for one night stay if you want to be centrally located but don't expect much. A clean room with a clean bathroom and well located that's about it. For a one night stay to sleep was great! Staff was friendly.

my husband and I found this hotel...
my husband and I found this hotel to be very pleasant staff most helpful and were always there if needed.. It was very central to all places and a great place to be based when staying in singapore as it was so easy to get around from there.It was very clean neat and tidy.

The hotel is somewhat central not very...
The hotel is somewhat central not very CBD. Taxis are cheap and realiable, fortunately. The staff are friendly but cannot communicate in English well. Nevertheless, it is a budget one compared to very expensive Singaporean hotels.
