I travelled with two seniors and one has had a recent hip replacement. We basically stayed for a night in Singapore on transit only. We probably would have been be better off staying in the Airport terminal transit hotel for the numbers of hours that we stayed at this hotel.
The Supreme hotel has no private lane to drop passengers/luggages safely. We booked a room for three persons and the third person gets a potable bed , it was somewhat softer than what my back would liked.
The shower and washroom is fine. This hotel is old and needs a new paint job or facelift. Elevator going to the room is small by any hotel standard. Three of us barely gets in with backpacks/handbags.
Air condition performance was surprisingly adequate.
We checked out early morning to dine at the airport as there were hardly any food stalls nearby that opened at 7 am. The hotel service desk cannot or that not willing to get a taxi for us on the phone and instead ask us to flag taxis beside the curb. It took 5 minutes to get a taxi on that Sunday morning , not too bad. Again, loading passengers was done in the open with other cars /taxis zooming by.
If you prefer a little more services and style living,
you have to stay somewherelse.
