Hotel Supreme Singapore
My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in April and 2 nights in May. The hotel was basic/no frills but very clean and the staff were friendly. Reasonably priced for its location close to Orchard Road. We would definitely stay again, but take some English tea-bags with us, (green tea YUK!!).

very poor
1st day arrived at the hotel, watching the receptionist and the housekeeping argueing about something. we waited till 3 o'clock and our rooms are still not ready to check-in. we asked what was going on?, and the answer was.., she(receptionist) make a phone call to housekeeping and saying that the customer was complain the room is not ready and ask me (customer) to speak to the housekeeping directly. i said when can we enter our room and the housekepping only said " 1hour!!! (high tone) " and hang up the phone harshly. very impolite.
the room is far beyond my expectation, smells not good, TV without remote control, totally awful.
no room service, no restaurant, not friendly service, value for money absolutely not woth it.
bad experience, not recommended

Good location, ease to access, near to MRT station, meals around location even late in the night.
Hot shower, less TV channel.

Hard to sleep
This time I got a room in front of the hotel (street side). Even though I stayed on the 7th floor, still the traffic sound very loud all day and night.

Excellent location EZ access to everywhere
Been recently renovated. The last time I stayed here - 3 years ago, the place was looking really tired. Was pleasantly suyrprised this time. Rooms reasonally sized. Very basic but place kept tidy, clean and most importantly, easy access to most parts of Singapore. Just a few minutes walk to Orchard shops and food courts. Best value for money budget hotel in the location it is in.

The room was fine for us (...
The room was fine for us ( My son and I ),but not recommended for long stay,because no room service available,and air condition not working properly ( bit hot ) staff ok...location very good only 5 minute walk to Orchad shopping area. For 1 night stay probably i will choose this hotel again. Thanks, leni NZ

Location fantastic around Orchard Rd however the room need to be upgraded (furniture) and got to do something about the noise from the big highway
