Okay, only for a short stay!
We stayed for 3 nights here. Very small room and very very small bedroom. But,it's a budget hotel anyway. The 2nd three nights onwards, there's problem with the aircond. Floor was flooded wth water. Aircond surely needs servicing to prevent future problems! It's far from Novena MRT. You need a taxi to go to novena square mall. Yet, still recommend this hotel to friends but for a short stays only!

1. room is very small
2. no signal for mobile phones inside the room.
3. But overall, we did not have any major issue with the staff or other facilities like taxi, bus service etc.

small buit clean
it was ok to stay for five nights for a business stay, I was only there for sleeping. Romm and bathroom is small but clean, you can make your own coffee with the kettle in the room, WiFi connection is not free but rather fast

Confirmation of booking
Upon arriving at fragrance rose hotel and presenting the booking reference, the hotel staff has checked through their computer and there was no confirmation of booking of their room under my name. I got panic. The manager came and help check through and he say it has been cancelled probably due to payment card problem. But how could it be? If there is a problem, it would not have been a successful booking through this website and probably would have informed me of wrong information. Luckily, the manager was kind to carry out the booking and letting us to stay for the rate givien in asiarooms.com. Advise to better double confirm with the hotel before arriving on the day not knowing whether the hotel know about the booking.

Nice, Clean, and Affordable Hotel..
After i spent 3D2N in this hotel..i could said that Fragrance Hotel is a nice hotel. Its affordable. The room is small but clean. The crew is friendly, and its also has a strategic place. Only 2minutes walk from bus stop and 17minutes walk from Novena MRT Station. I do say its worth....since you don't spend to much time in your room, except for sleeping. And.. i'll do recommend this hotel to my friend who's trying to find a nice,clean,and affordable hotel in Singapore..

2 Night Stay in a double bed small room
The room is quite small but is worth of the money if you just intended to stay for the night.
There is one large TV (i think is more than 24 inch), clean double bed but the water from the bathroom tend to drip off the door and make the whole room wet after a bath.
The reception is very friendly (especially a smiling male receptionist, ops forget to get his name)
Very near the town area and just approximate 3-4 minutes walk to the nearest bus station, money changer opposite the road (but rate wasn't that good), food court just 5 minutes walk away, 7 11 and many convenient store is just a stone throw away.

small but ok
I spent five nights at the Fragrance rose for a participation at a fair. The room that I had on the 4th floor (with elevator) was small but ok for this price, and I was out all day and only was there for sleeping and reading may E-mails etc. Internet WiFi connection in the room was good, it costs 5 Sin $ for 2 hours. Aircondition worked fine and was adjustable.
There's a kettle to make your own tea and coffee, instant coffee mix powder with milk and sugar was provided by the hotel. Many cheap foodstalls and restaurants in the neighbourhood, not many fancy ones. Hotel has no restaurant and makes no breakfast. Some small shops (also 7/11) nearby.

We stayed 2 days there. The...
We stayed 2 days there. The room was small but clean and comfortable.The bathroom was really too small. The only problem was that we were at floor level and were woke up with the noise made by people coming in late at night, moreover it was a weekend. Otherwise personnel was helpful and nice. Well located.

As to our stay for 2 nights,...
As to our stay for 2 nights, its a budget friendly especially to all who had a tight budget. The hotel is nice small but its comfortable to stay. Also, there are malls or establishments that can easily go through if need something important... Also, the public transport is also near the hotel so we dont have to walk just to find the bus stop. The amenities is also ok they can respond if we need something. My only comment to the facilities is the TV, its really hard to watch while we are sitting since its place near the ceiling so we can only relax while watching if we are lay down on bed. The rest is ok... keep up the good work. Thank you.
