Good location on Sentosa but basic hotel.
The room was clean but some of the furnishings looked old and stained.
There were no chaning facilities for customers on late flights other than the poolside toilets which were very basic.
The hotel pool is very nice but with limited sun loungers.
Would only stay there again if the price was right.

The Hotel is set in a very attractive 'Rain Forest' setting with an excellent pool, fed by a Waterfall. Staff are friendly polite and willing, and the Breakfast Buffet geared to Asian tastes is fresh and adequate - be prepared to share it with the wild squirrels that abound in the garden setting. Rooms are adequate if a little tired, and the access via walkways would be difficult for anyone with walking difficulties. Location opposite the beach cannot be faulted. The only complaint which is common to all Hotels in Singapore, is that you pay a lot for what you get.

Overall its acceptable. My suggestions for improvement as follows
- no slippers were provided for my type of room which I thought was too fickle a policy , afterall the room rate was sgd 275 for a night stay which is not cheap by any standard.
- the towers provided have too pungent chemical smell/feel.
- the workers: some are friendly though not trained for the very basic stuff. Eg I bought a bottle of white wine at the pool. The bottle was delivered to me uncorked and unchilled. The waitress attitude was friedly though
- one middle age waiter was rather stern face when I asked for direction.

The room conditions were bad, the lamps were going off, the room smelled so musty, there were lizards running around the TV area, there were burn marks in the bath tub (Room 516) and the towels were VERY BAD. The towels looked like floor mats, and they were so thin and small, it looked even too dirty to use. Also, the flush was faulty and you had to manually flush then pull out the flush so that it would stop and we wouldnt waste unnecessary water.
The poolside was very nicely done up though, and the location was great. So it wasnt altogether un-enjoyable. Just wish I wouldnt have felt so disappointed with the room and its facilities.

But just wonder that the taxi's driver didn't know this hotel. We were sent to neighbuorhood hotel in same location. Finally, after 5 minuts turn around we found it.
High recommended for romantic couples & eco adventure but not for business.

However... standard of Front Office staff service were very low.
We requested Double bed but they assigned twin bed room & did not inform this issue upon check-in. Just quiet until we made a noise & complained.
