No major complains. The standard room with twin bed was very small. Not for travellers with alot of luggage. But good for weekend getaway for couples. Nice and quiet. Good to have personal transportation because there is some walking distance from the nearest MRT station. Rooms are clean and the staff are very polite and helpful.

The deluxe room that we stayed was smaller than I expected, but the price was definitely reasonable. The breakfast was not very interesting but yet, it was free. I liked the fact that it had wireless in the whole building, but I also wished they provided at least a gym room or a swimming pool. The location was just fine, easy access to the train station but not for cabs in the middle of the night! Overall, the service was great and the hotel's staff were friendly.

Room service and mini bar prices greatly overpriced. Rooms are too small and feel extremely claustrophobic, especially after a long flight.

This hotel is really clean and modern and I paid a reasonable price of $144 per night including a basic but perfectly fine breakfast. The staff are hit and miss, some are good and others don't speak English very well. I called because the clock in my room was wrong and the operator didn't understand a word I was saying. The bathroom had L'Occitane products which was very impressive. I hated the location. Not good for people with any mobility issues. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the station, but not one I was willing to do at night as it involved walking through a park (even in Singapore). There is nothing immediately around it. For an extra $82 a night I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental (through Asiarooms) and felt that it provided better value for money and a much better location.

Friendly staff. The service was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast poor value. Bar never open hours advertised, always closed early, so after coming back from a night out you couldn't have a nightcap. Standard rooms tiny.
