I booked a random hotel room stay on a Friday for me and my partner. Since the hotel was full when we checked in, the staff very nicely upgraded us to a business suite and even allowed us late check-out.
Since I booked their current promotion the Re!lax package, we had complimentary room service credits. You all should check out their packages now, they are all so worth the stay!
The food wasn't as fantastic though, but its still not bad. Quite a good experience overall. I love the interior design. It's so quirky and cute.
We want to try out their spas however there's not enough time for us to go. since its on a one-for-one now, i really recommend people to go try it out.
Just a few complaints, they should have 2 chairs within the room instead of one. Me and y partner had to share a seat or take turns because they only had 1 chair. Another was that, since our room was near the lift, we could actually hear people walk in and out. The walls were kinda thin, so we can kinda hear the neighbors too.
