We had a fantastic stay in Singapore...
We had a fantastic stay in Singapore and the hotel facilities and staff where great. We had clean and fresh towel everyday, staff were so helpful and lovely. Would definately recommend this hotel. Great spot too, close to everything you want to do in Singapore. See you next time :-)
The Hotel was fairly new & nicely...
The Hotel was fairly new & nicely presented, lacks the personal touch, entry to the hotel is not welcoming as the reception is off to one side & nobody to greet and assist. Pool was large but room was small. Noisey hotel, no real value for money & breakfast is pricey.

Well when i arrived at the hotel I enquired about the baby cot that I had asked for a week earlier and they said they had just given out the last one. Then when we got to the room it wasn't the same as the one that I had selected, I asked for the room with a bath tub in it so we could bath or baby and this one didn't have one, and then when I checked out the room was much more expensive per night than what was shown on the AsiaRooms web site (I was expecting around $750.00 and I paid over $1000.00). So all in all it was not good, actually it was terrible.

My booking price was SG212. I made SG11.40 in phone calls and I was charged SG261. I will not be using your service or the Park Hotel again. The price you quoted has no bearing on the rate the hotel charged.

Awful service - the worst I have ever experienced. Staff not friendly or helpful and extremely expensive and not worth the price

A perfect ending to an Asian holiday. Would have preferred not to have been on a "Smoking" floor

The location of this hotel is terrific, nearby to where I used to live. My Asia Rooms booking was not recognised on arrival but after 20 mins a room was found. Nice view from the small room, but was a smoker's room...not ideal. Not cheap.
