Far from the station, have to take bus/taxi from novena station.
there were no windows in my room, so i felt abit boxed in.

I Thought the room size was small no wardrobe for storage too expensive bathroom to small you move around in the bathroom and accidenty activate the shower virtually nearly over toilet area.
No soap or tissues no biscuits with the tea or coffee no breakfast included in the price of the room.
No mini frige for drinks.
My opinion for a modern hotel it lacked a lot of facilities that are provided in oter hotel.

The room is very small. When taking a bath expect the entire bathroom to be wet. No table to place food bought outside. There was no flat iron, no extra key card and hardly enough space for luggage.
Plus side: room is very clean, new fixtures, and easy to get taxi or go to mrt station.

I stayed at the hotel during the Lunar New Year for 3 nights. For the price that I paid, I was quite pleased with the size of the room, the bed and the cleanliness. The room was cleaned everyday, and they did a great job at keeping the room tidy. It's a good place for budget travellers.
However, the hotel is located rather far away from the subway, however, there is a bus stop within walking distance that you can take to go almost everywhere.
Staff were helpful. However, I requested for an iron and ironing board, after 3 reminders, it never came!
The guests staying at the hotel tend to be less sensitive to the needs of others, we could hear the door being slammed all the time, and kids running around at around 12 midnight! If you can put up with noises, this will be a good place to stay within budget.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Es gibt mehrere Essensstände, 7 Eleven, 2 Internetshops. Das Hotel hat ganz neu aufgemacht und bietet daher die Übernachtung für 69S$ an. EIn super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Empfang ist durchwachsen. Nicht alle sind wirklich fit. Zimmer sind extrem klein, aber sauber und ausreichend zum Übernachten. Pool ist sehr schön. Als Restaurant dient das Lokal an der Ecke (2nd kitchen). Sofern das Management das Hotel gut instandhält (befürchte, dass dies nicht passiert), dann kommen wir gerne wieder.

clean but very, very small rooms. And what made me really crazy was the fact that you could not open the windows nor turn of the aircondition completely, even if you stopped all electrics by taking the room key out of the switch. So I was sleeping in my coat and scared to catch a cold. Internet-connection sometimes very slow (although called 'broadband') especially in the evening and no place where to put the laptop computer. No umbrellas or shadow at the pool.
So this hotel never again.
