The Worst Customer Service
A simple request was too much to ask for the staff of this hotel. My wife and two year old son were arriving two hours before me, so I phoned the hotel and tried to pre-pay the room so my wife would have no trouble with check in. They would not let me pay over the phone, but I was assured my wife would be let into the room, however she was not.
I also had problems getting my room cleaned and getting simple information like a phone number of a local restaurant.
I also experienced many problems with the wifi internet having to get new passwords on several occasions.
The staff were just generally not helpful with any request I had.
