Good and Bad
To cut it short, i'm a Singaporean as well. I had 2 night stay.
Card key.
Night shift receptionist is a friendly male (seems to be a Singaporean) and his service is good.
Day shift receptionist is a female (from China). Her service is very bad. Basically she is the only one who spoil my entire mood and experience from the Hotel. She is not suitable to be a receptionist seriously.
Carpark: small, fit 2 cars.
No Breakfast for me, no idea why.
Lift: 1 lift and require to tap card key to go up.
Room: Small but nice and clean
Toilet: Door no lock feature
Room includes:
- slippers
- shaver
- tooth brush etc
- tea, coffee, cups, boiler
- 2 bottle of mineral water
- hair dryer
Not bad for the room.
PS: when i checked in, the door lock battery seems to be flat. I couldn't open my door. Took them awhile to open the door with a manual key and change the batteries for the door. It was still consider fast though.
Location: I'm driving, not easy to find and keep missing it because the signboard is quite near the another which is infront of it, kinda blocking it.
Other than the China girl, the room is nice enough.

Check in was not friendly and we were kept waiting for long since we were told that the reservation was not made, it would be better if it can be done fast and swiftly.
Room is ok, small but does the job, the bathroom is terribly small, some TV channels are not working (Discovery Channel was promised), it would be better to have HBO or cinemax than watching reruns of CNN or Channels News Asia.
The good thing is that room is clean and there is free wifi, quite handy.

Quiet and comfy Smoking room.
Room was slightly small but very comfy. Compared to a few hotels I've stayed in (with the same/similar area space), the room provided to me seemed more spacious. I didn't feel much space restriction. Checked-in late but came across no problems. Receptionists always greeted me with a smile.
Stayed in Room 402 (smoking room) with restricted sliding windows. Room was very clean and neat. Comes with the standard toiletry kit, safety deposit box, room slippers, TV, kettle and drinks.
Value for money, yes! Strategic location. Good choice of food available nearby. 7-11 across the street, provision shop few shops away.

Nice and clean
Its location is very close to Little India and the city centre as well. My room was a single room and pretty small. But generally I'm happy with the hotel. The only drawback is that they don't serve breakfast. Also beware that in the morning rush hour, it could be TRULY HARD to catch a taxi to the airport. It's worth everything to book a taxi the night before.
poor room and location
The room is very, very little and not properly organize. the staff is just friendly enough. the position is not satisfactory as very far from MRT station. I would not come back this hotel
Good things come in good packages
The room was very tiny but adequate for one night when all I needed was a place to sleep and to shower in the morning. Impressed that the kettle plug was a universal adaptor so my computer and phone were able to charge. Good internet service. Good location on main bus route into Orchard Road.
Suitable for traveller who just needs a place to lay their head. Not a place for a holiday if you want to spend a lot of time in your room.
Very Good Small Rooms
This hotel has only been open for less than one year and is in very good, clean condition. The rooms are small but ergonomically sound and suitable for up to 3 nights as the wardrobes are small. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. 15 minutes walk from the MRT but 2 bus routes available with stops close to the hotel if raining. The coffee shop has a limited menu but food shops are within walking distance. Laundry service available.
